Web Product Manager

Role Summary

The Web Product Manager plays a critical role in producing integrated and effective digital solutions on etonict.com to support product sales and customer service for better company growth.
In collaboration with the internal developing team, this web product manager will guide projects and initiatives from conception to launch - to drive results for key marketing program goals.
This role is responsible for seamlessly launching products with performance objectives that align to key marketing goals and tracking performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Roadmap Development & Delivery
1. Manage project plans and schedules for flawless delivery of etonict.com experiences
2. Maintain etonict.com roadmap and backlog of products that align to cross-functional marketing programs
3. Lead discovery sessions, gathers requirements, and assist in strategy development of new web experiences
4. Provides industry experience to solve complex digital challenges and makes strategic decisions to achieve program goals
Leadership
1. Collaborate across the organization to enable digital experiences that contribute to the overall success of our customers acquisition and marketing programs
2. Work with a cross-functional team of UX, UI, SEO, content, and other key stakeholders to develop web experiences and ongoing website enhancements
3. Deliver presentations and communications for leadership across the organization (including the executive staff) on key product enhancements
4. Anticipates changes within the digital marketing and ICT industry, and recommend solutions /enhancements for future web optimizations

Analytics and Measurement

1. Work with internal performance analytics team to report on key performance and insights that inform web enhancements
2. Work with internal / external teams to develop, conduct and assess online user tests to identify future enhancement opportunities
3. Work with internal / external stakeholders to develop, conduct, and assess onsite testing strategies (AB, Multivariate, and targeted experiences)

Basic Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree
2. 4+ years of experience building end-user ICT products
3. In-depth knowledge and/or breadth of experience web product management (UX, UI, Content, SEO, HTML, coding principles, etc.)
4. Experience with managing multiple projects in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
5. Proven track record delivering large-scale web programs at a company
6. Understanding of offsite and onsite testing best practices, and how to leverage output to develop future feature enhancements
7. Competence to use data and customer insights to make strategic decisions
8. Ability to anticipate market or business issues and recommend improvements / enhancements
9. Conceptual and innovative thinking to develop solutions for unique and complex problems with track record of making sound business decisions
10. Demonstrates leadership with a team first mentality and the ability to build cross-functional relationships
11. Strong presentation and communication skills. Ability to communicate complex ideas with others (all levels) and persuade audience to align to a single strategic point of view

IT support Engineer

Role Summary

IT Support Engineers manage a company's computer systems, including software, hardware and networks. They are responsible for designing, installing, and supporting the entire system or may specialize in one area of the computer system, such as security infrastructure or telecommunications.

Duties and Responsibilities

Identify and Resolve System Issues
Responsible for studying customers current computer system, identifying areas that need improvements or overhauls and implementing these changes. Need to be skilled in assessment techniques and have the ability to design and install any necessary upgrades to the system.
Develop Systems
Design and create an IT or computer system specific to customers needs. This often entails some programming and scripting knowledge, as well as planning, configuring, testing and monitoring new systems.
Document Work
Documenting work is a very important part of this position. They must document system configurations, updates they make to a system and any new procedures or policies created in their work. Their documentation is used by other IT staff or management to see what changes or creations have been made to their systems.
Manage Projects
Oversee IT staff and coordinate with vendors and customers when implementing a new system. Be responsible to setup meetings, present information and order supplies and equipment when working on a project.

Network Engineer

Role Summary

We are looking for a Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support our growing network infrastructure. You will be part of Eton NOC team that is responsible for designing and developing scalable, maintainable, highly available network architectures that meet business objectives and SLAs.

Responsibilities

1. Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
2. Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
3. Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
4. Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning
5. Provide customer support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
6. Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
7. Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the companys security team
8. Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

Requirements

1. Proven hands-on TCP/IP network system
2. CCNP or higher (CCIE and/or CISSP highly valued)
3. Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS)
4. Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model
5. Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools

ICT Product Manager

Job Description

1. Follow ICT industry trends and competition to adjust and optimize cloud product positioning strategy.
2. Formulate product pricing policy.
3. Set the product roadmap and meet the targets.
4. Collaborate with Sales teams to provide informative deal-closing materials while effectively extracting in-formation from customer interactions, as well as with R&D teams to deliver friendly UIResponsible for exceeding sales quota within an assigned requirement. This position requires the ability to handle and resolve multitasking independently.
5. Deliver Market Requirement Documents and Product Requirement Documents with prioritized features and corresponding justification.

Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description

1. Partner with existing sales team to discover opportunities, penetrate accounts, and close new Eton cloud business worldwide
2. Identify new business in the target region, as well as upsell, cross-sell and resell opportunities to sustainably grow revenue across the region by cold calling/emails, SMM, premise visits, etc.
3. Networking, lead generation, quotation submission, and customer meetings
4. Work with team members and other colleagues to develop and implement sales plans that provide clearly defined strategies, tactics, and timeframes to maximize revenue
5. Develop and manage customer relationships to gain strategic positioning with decision makers, retain existing revenue and obtain additional business 6. Provide a continuous feedback loop to Product and Engineering for product enhancement and improvement

Required Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of experience in and knowledge of the ICT industry's competitive landscape, with in-depth knowledge on specific products and/or services

3. Creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills to move customers forward and close deals
4. Experience in successfully executing complex sales cycles with CXOs
5. Results- and process-driven mindset to effectively build a diversified opportunity funnel and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
6. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
7. Proficient in MS office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
