Executive Summary
Eton ICT has successfully completed Phase One of a large-scale smart warehouse project in Indiana, developed by Hai Robotics in collaboration with SHEIN. Serving as one of the electrical and ICT infrastructure service providers for the project, our team was responsible for on-site implementation and delivery, providing supporting power and low-voltage infrastructure for automated warehouse systems, network communications, and related equipment. Phase One has now been formally handed over, and the facility has entered trial operations.
Event Highlights
Power & ICT Infrastructure Delivery
Our scope of work covered both high-voltage and low-voltage engineering on site. This included the installation of power distribution systems and sub-panels, power supply for automated equipment and charging areas, and dedicated power for IDF/MDF server rooms and network equipment. On the low-voltage side, we delivered structured cabling, fiber optic deployment, wireless access points, surveillance cameras, security doors, emergency lighting, and related systems—along with the installation, testing, and commissioning support required to bring each system online.
Design, Coordination & Quality Control
Beyond physical installation, Eton ICT took on responsibility for solution design, drawing approval, construction scheduling, on-site coordination, quality control, and acceptance support. Working alongside multiple trades and stakeholders in a live construction environment, our team maintained a consistent focus on coordination and compliance to keep the project on schedule and to the required standard.
Phase One Handover & Opening Ceremony
Phase One, covering approximately half of the warehouse, has been completed and formally delivered, with SHEIN now in trial operations. A grand opening ceremony was subsequently held at the site, attended by local government representatives and SHEIN's management team, marking the official transition of Phase One into operational status.

The completion of Phase One reflects our capability to deliver integrated power and ICT infrastructure for large-scale automation projects in North America.
